Business Process and Task Management on BizAi.me

BizAI.me’s powerful Business Process and Task Management features empower you to streamline your operations, optimize resource allocation, and drive efficiency within your enterprise. This documentation will guide you through the process of managing employees, assigning tasks, and leveraging AI-powered analytics to make data-driven decisions.

    1. Navigate to My Enterprise

    2. Click on Task

    3. You can add either employee or business activity

    4. To add employee, click on Add someone to your Enterprise, fill the form that would pop up, click save to add the person.

    5. You can add a supervisor or a supervisee to the person by clicking the person’s name.

    6. Click on Add Business Activity to add a new task. Fill the form, make sure that you assgn that task to the employee or the person

    7. Edit the activity to add super or sub activity

    8. You can perform simple or Ai queries on your employees

    9. To perform a query enter the search term in the query form. Use the filters to filter your results

    10. A simple search would return on the results

    11. The Ai query would send the results for Ai to analyse it
